Case background
In the autumn of 2011, the deputy chief judge of the Civil Court No. 1 of the Intermediate People's Court of a city in Hebei Province, through a friend's introduction, asked the master to layout the Feng Shui Bureau of Promoting Officials for him, with the goal of promotion the following year. The client was sincere and expressed his willingness to follow the instructions completely.
