Each item is personally infused by Master ChosenGao before shipment to ensure the effectiveness of its Feng Shui energy. Therefore, to ensure this unique ritual, the shipping preparation time for each product may be slightly extended.

3. Shipping Notification

Once your order is ready and shipped, we will notify you of the shipment information and tracking number via email or text message so that you can check the logistic progress at any time. 

4. Delivery Time

International Orders:Typical delivery time for international shipments is 10-20 business days, but specific delivery times may vary depending on the postal service conditions in the destination country. 

5. Customized Products

For customized or specially authorized products, the delivery time will be extended accordingly. We will inform you of the expected shipping date in advance and keep in communication with you.

6. Duties and Fees

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes. Due to the complexity of international law, we do not include these fees in your order. You are solely responsible for any local duties and taxes applicable to your order. By law, we are required to disclose the total value of the items in your package and cannot change this value.
