Each product will be personally empowered and infused by Master ChosenGao before shipment to ensure the effectiveness of its Feng Shui energy. Therefore, to guarantee this unique ritual, the preparation time for shipping each item may be slightly longer.


3. Shipping Notification

Once your order is prepared and shipped, we will notify you via email or SMS with the delivery information and tracking number, so you can check the logistics progress at any time.  

 

4. Delivery Time

International Orders: The typical delivery time for international shipments is 10-15 business days, although the specific delivery time may vary depending on the postal service conditions in the destination country.   

 

5. Customized Products

For customized or specially empowered items, the delivery time will be extended accordingly. We will inform you in advance of the estimated shipping date and maintain communication with you.

 

6.Duties and Fees

Your order may be subject to value-added tax, import duties, and/or taxes. Due to the complexities of international law, we do not include these fees in your order. RETURN POLICY

Returns and Refunds for Non-Quality Issues


We are committed to providing quality products and services. However, due to the special nature of Feng Shui courses, consultation services, and some retail products (such as metaphysical blessings, personalized customization, etc.), we generally do not accept returns or refunds for non-quality issues.
Before purchasing, please ensure you have thoroughly understood the product information, service content, and our disclaimer to make informed decisions.


Handling of Quality Issues

If you receive products with obvious quality issues (such as damage, defects, etc.), please contact us immediately and provide relevant evidence (such as photos, videos, etc.). We will provide solutions such as returns, exchanges, or repairs based on the specific situation.

Please note that damage during transportation should be claimed from the carrier. You need to communicate with the carrier promptly and file a claim. Meanwhile, we will provide necessary support to assist you.


Return Period and Conditions

If you need to return a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product (based on logistics information) and provide a complete explanation of the return reason and product condition. Returns requested beyond this period will not be accepted.

Returned products must maintain their original packaging and accessories in perfect condition, without any signs of use or human damage. Otherwise, we reserve the right to reject the return request. The logistics cost incurred by your return shall be borne by the consumer.

However, due to individual differences among consumers, the effectiveness and activation time of the energy enhancement may vary.
