2. Empowerment and Preparation Time

Each product will be personally empowered and infused by Master ChosenGao before shipment to ensure the effectiveness of its Feng Shui energy. Therefore, to guarantee this unique ritual, the preparation time for shipping each item may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping Notification

Once your order is prepared and shipped, we will notify you via email or SMS with the delivery information and tracking number, so you can check the logistics progress at any time.  

4. Delivery Time

International Orders: The typical delivery time for international shipments is 10-15 business days, although the specific delivery time may vary depending on the postal service conditions in the destination country.   

5. Customized Products

For customized or specially empowered items, the delivery time will be extended accordingly. We will inform you in advance of the estimated shipping date and maintain communication with you.

6.Duties and Fees

Your order may be subject to value-added tax, import duties, and/or taxes. Due to the complexities of international law, we do not include these fees in your order. You are responsible for any local duties and taxes applicable to your order. We are legally required to disclose the total value of the package's contents and cannot alter this value.    

If the order is refused, you will be responsible for shipping costs as well as any additional duties, fees, tariffs, or taxes incurred during the shipping process.

Each product we sell is infused with unique Feng Shui energy by Master ChosenGao before shipment. However, due to individual differences among consumers, the effectiveness and activation time of the energy enhancement may vary. Additionally, the users’ maintenance of the product, natural aging, and failure to follow our instructions for wearing or placing the product may lead to the energy become ineffective. Therefore, if the user subjectively feels that they are not receiving positive feedback from the energy during use, we shall not bear any responsibility.
